Yes. As a member, you receive your plan’s discount on all standard junk removal, car detailing, and pressure washing services booked through NextGen. Certain specialty or third‑party services may be excluded, and we will always disclose that before you confirm.
How does priority emergency scheduling work?
Priority and Elite members get access to accelerated booking for urgent jobs. Priority members are placed ahead of non‑members in our schedule and usually see availability within 24–48 hours. Elite members get access to our fastest options, including same‑day or next‑day time slots where our crews are available.
How do I use my member credits and discounts?
Member credits and discounts are applied automatically at checkout on eligible bookings and services. If your credits or discounts do not cover the full amount, you'll pay the remaining balance. Contact our support team if you need help applying them or understanding eligibility.
Do membership credits expire or roll over?
On the Priority plan, unused credits follow the standard monthly cycle and may expire at the end of the period based on your local terms. On Elite, credits roll over for up to 90 days, giving you more flexibility to combine them for a larger service or upgrade.
Can I change or cancel my membership?
You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your membership according to the terms shown at checkout. Changes typically take effect on your next billing cycle, and any earned credits remain available until they expire based on your plan’s rules.
