We’re NextGen Services: a crew of young builders who would rather roll up our sleeves than sit around scrolling. We started this to learn business the real way, by serving people, solving real problems, and having a lot of fun doing it.

NextGen Services is run by a crew of teen entrepreneurs who believe you don’t have to wait to make an impact. While most people our age are thinking about the next test, we’re thinking about the next customer we can help, the next project we can finish, and the next skill we can level up.

We treat this like a real business, not a side hobby. That means showing up on time, communicating clearly, and taking pride in every job — whether it’s a quick one-hour task or a big all-day project. We’re learning leadership, responsibility, and what it takes to earn trust the old-fashioned way: by doing what we say we’ll do.

Founder & Visionary

Tim is the one who kicked off NextGen Services with a big idea and a bigger whiteboard. He’s always thinking a few steps ahead — planning out new services, mapping routes, and figuring out how the crew can level up from a small side hustle into a real, scalable business.

If there’s a new system, tool, or way to make things more efficient, Tim’s probably already sketching it out. He keeps the vision clear, the standards high, and the team focused on what matters: doing great work for every customer.

Aamir

Operations & Getting-Things-Done Guy

Aamir is the reason the to‑do list doesn’t stay a wish list. He’s the one checking schedules, lining up materials, and making sure every job moves from idea to actually finished — on time and done right.

From coordinating who’s on which crew to double‑checking details with customers, Aamir keeps the whole operation running smoothly. If you like it when people follow through and communicate, you’ll like working with him.

Noel

Behind-the-Scenes Brain

Noel is the quiet engine that keeps everything organized. While the rest of the crew is out front, he’s the one tracking details, sorting gear, updating lists, and making sure nothing important slips through the cracks.

From planning routes and supplies to helping refine how we work, Noel’s behind‑the‑scenes focus means the crew can show up prepared, efficient, and ready to go from the first minute on the job.

Riley

Hands-On, Get-Your-Hands-Dirty Guy

Riley is the one who actually puts in the physical work. He’s the first to grab the heavy stuff, the one hauling, lifting, cleaning, and tackling the kind of manual labor most people avoid.

Whether it’s yard work, moving, or clean‑up, Riley brings the energy and effort that turns a big job into a done job. If it involves sweat and real work, he’s all in.
